I relocated to the local practice in April 2025. Fortunately the surgery is conveniently located within a short walk. The registration process was straightforward and the initial assistance was excellent. Over the last six months I have accessed various services offered by the practice. The experience has been outstanding from the front desk through to the clinical support team. I have also received medical guidance for both ongoing and new health concerns. I must say the clinician I consulted has been exceptional, demonstrating attentive listening and presenting me with thoughtful options and recommendations. They were approachable and I found it easier to discuss sensitive matters with them. They have maintained continuity with my care and I feel reassured knowing they are available when needed. They have demonstrated genuine commitment to my wellbeing. My gratitude extends to the entire team. This has been a notably positive experience compared to my previous healthcare arrangements.

It is the surgery where you feel safe. From the reception team to the administrative staff, they are all listening and finding solutions and providing answers to every question or concern. Having a dedicated GP who carefully reviews all reports and takes time to discuss them with me, I feel genuinely heard and valued. The care provided is thorough and supportive. Highly recommending.

Despite what the post title might suggest, I am an individual who has been a satisfied patient at this practice for a considerable time. I was recently diagnosed with a long-term medical condition that several healthcare professional acquaintances have mentioned is challenging to identify. I am genuinely appreciative of the clinical expertise demonstrated in my case, particularly given that the condition can have serious implications but, fortunately, responds well to treatment.

What lovely staff at every level - they are so professional, kind, compassionate, warm and friendly with excellent clinical practitioners. I have been with this practice for several years and my regular clinician's professionalism and compassion is outstanding. I don't have the words to express my thanks and appreciation for them. Without doubt the best healthcare provider I have ever had, so friendly, caring and they always make you feel at ease. I have been through quite a few difficult times, but they have always been there as a support to help me and look after my wellbeing. With their care and help I still feel very fit and healthy at my age! I have seen various clinicians recently and in the past, and what I have said above holds equally true about them too. Having said that, I come to the administrative staff - being the first point of contact, they listen to you with such patience and then guide you through all the options and get the job done. I feel so lucky that I chose this practice several years ago. I can't find words to thank you all enough. The service provided is truly appreciated! I would give the highest rating if I could!

I was fortunate and pleased to be seen by a clinician having managed to obtain an appointment at short notice. They are an exceptional, professional, caring and knowledgeable practitioner. They provided a thorough assessment and listened to me carefully. Although they are not my designated doctor I am always pleased to be seen by them, and I highly regard them specifically in relation to women's health matters. I have also observed them provide guidance to more junior colleagues and in my opinion trust them as an experienced GP and role model. Thank you for your excellent service.

I have found this practice to be really excellent in the way they have looked after me. All of their staff are so welcoming and helpful and I am so pleased with the way they continue to provide this level of care.
