I attended the practice today and found parking to be convenient. I was seen by a wonderful member of the nursing staff in a very comfortable, light and airy consultation room. Everything was explained clearly and I received plenty of additional information throughout my visit.

Easy to get appointments when you need them

Honestly, I feel blessed to have such wonderful healthcare professionals and have never had an issue getting an appointment. Today I was seen for a walk-in referral, and within a couple of hours, I had collected my prescribed medication and received my results via text. You hear so many negative things about the NHS, but I can only say positive things about this practice. So thank you!

No complaints whatsoever, as I have been a patient at this practice for a considerable time and remain very satisfied with the care provided. The main frustration I have experienced relates to waiting times for specialist services accessed through the NHS system. These delays can be lengthy and repetitive, which is understandably frustrating. However, I recognise this is not an issue within the practice's control, but rather a broader systemic challenge.
