Now, with persistent symptoms, the notes suggest calling an ambulance or going to A&E, yet I'm instructed to call back tomorrow at 8. I'm completely bewildered and angry - WHY CAN WE NO LONGER HAVE A DIRECT CONVERSATION WITH OUR DOCTORS AT THE ALLUM MEDICAL CENTRE?????
