If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. The front desk personnel are simply dreadful. You spend countless minutes on hold just to reach them, and when you finally do, securing an appointment seems impossible. Getting a slot here is more unlikely than hitting a massive jackpot. Even worse, when you miraculously obtain an appointment, you're not even seen by an actual physician, but by a trainee nurse who essentially just Googles your symptoms and tries to find a remedy. I strongly recommend steering clear of this medical practice - it's completely unacceptable.

I proactively called ahead to inform them of my delay, and the receptionist assured me it would be fine. However, upon arrival, the doctor refused to see me, despite the prior confirmation. Every morning at 0800hrs when I phone to schedule an appointment, the staff are consistently helpful and never dismiss my request with weak excuses. The practice boasts highly skilled nurses, including multi-trained specialists who complement the doctors' approach of offering initial telephone consultations that can progress to in-person meetings if necessary. The reception team is consistently friendly and genuinely committed to ensuring patients receive the medical services they require. While the interior of the medical facility is well-maintained and in good condition, the exterior unfortunately lets the overall standard down. The parking area has significant issues, including a large depression in the middle, a handicapped parking zone cluttered with dead leaves, and some structural problems like an overflowing gutter near the patient entrance. Despite these exterior shortcomings, I have consistently experienced exceptional treatment here. I would wholeheartedly recommend this surgery, as I firmly believe it surpasses other local medical practices in the area. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
