Worst medical practice ever terrible customer service

The elderly receptionist is completely unbearable to interact with. Her demeanor is truly appalling, and in general, the staff appear incredibly unhelpful and seem completely clueless about their responsibilities. She was adamant about not disclosing my previous medication details, which prevented me from obtaining a repeat prescription. While heavily pregnant, I was becoming increasingly distressed, constantly making repeated phone calls because they refused to forward my prescription to the pharmacy. The situation was so dire that I even had the pharmacy staff contact them on my behalf, as I was extremely upset and feeling exceptionally vulnerable. The entire service was absolutely substandard from start to finish.

Worst medical practice ever nightmare of healthcare

This medical practice is utterly hopeless, and it's astonishing that they continue to operate with such disregard for patients. Securing an appointment has become nearly impossible, with random text message cancellations and no effort to reschedule. Reflecting on past experiences, the old method of waiting outside in freezing temperatures was actually preferable to their current computerized system. In those days, at least you were guaranteed entry at precisely eight o'clock when the stern receptionist would admit patients, and if you weren't sick before joining the queue, you'd likely catch something by the time you were allowed in. I'm genuinely concerned about the trajectory of healthcare and the increasingly difficult process of accessing medical care. The future looks incredibly bleak for patients seeking basic medical attention!

Worst medical practice ever disappointing patients

I've been a patient at this medical practice for over a decade, and the recent developments are simply unbelievable. I've been attempting to schedule an appointment for my daughter for months now, and after spending approximately 45 minutes on hold each time, the response is consistently the same: no available appointments, with instructions to try again tomorrow. Apparently, I have nothing more pressing to do than wait on the phone endlessly. It appears that unless you're on the brink of a medical crisis, securing an appointment is impossible. My frustration and disappointment are overwhelming. If this continues, I doubt the practice will retain many patients. I have never experienced such subpar medical care. Patients are unable to obtain appointments when initial illness symptoms emerge, simply because the condition isn't deemed an emergency. There's no emphasis on prevention or early intervention—it's utterly disheartening. As a result, I will be seeking medical care elsewhere.

Frustrating healthcare experience for my elderly mother

I'm deeply frustrated with the medical office's lack of responsiveness regarding my elderly mother's prescription. At 84 years old and battling cancer, she shouldn't have to endure such lengthy delays in her care. Their inefficiency is unacceptable, especially given her critical health situation. They need to improve their communication and process immediately. This is completely unacceptable treatment of a vulnerable patient!

The most abysmal service imaginable. I endured a 30-minute hold just to be met by a dismissive staff member who curtly informed me no slots were available, and when I suggested the same issue would persist the next day, her indifferent response was simply "I know". Never in my entire life have I encountered a medical practice so callous. The office staff demonstrate zero concern for patient care or well-being. During my visits, I've observed the phone continuously ringing while the employees deliberately ignore the calls for several minutes, displaying a shocking level of unprofessionalism.
