Worst practise ever

The worst ever practise to be with I spoke to Doctor and she’s one of the worst unsupportive doctor to speak to. She goes on repetitive mode and doesn’t take your health seriously enough and fobs you off. She can’t do her job properly and she sends you to A&E that’s another disaster and horrible hospital to go to. They can’t do much for you and they send you back to your GP again. Practise manager is rude and dismissive and unprofessional and unsupportive and has put unnecessary restrictions on me for no reason. This practise discriminates against you and doesn’t take your health seriously enough and horrible doctor that I have been signed to.

Unprofessional blood test left me bruised and worried

It's high time the staff received proper training in blood drawing techniques. Throughout my visits, only one blood test was performed without resulting in a massive bruise or potential infection risk. Basic hygiene protocols seem optional here: hand washing, glove usage? Sanitizing before and after touching a vein appears to be an alien concept. Despite having prominently visible veins, the technicians' incompetence remains consistent. Following my blood test, I'm experiencing significant arm pain, persistent tingling, and numbness. The puncture site has swollen dramatically, rendering my hand immobile and limiting my functionality. I'm forced to keep my arm elevated to manage blood circulation, likely due to the vein being improperly and excessively pierced. Drawing blood shouldn't require advanced rocket science expertise, yet for the staff here, it seems like an insurmountable challenge.

I'm thoroughly frustrated with this medical practice. Their support is lacking, and scheduling appointments feels like an absolute ordeal. When it comes to obtaining necessary ointments and creams, they consistently expect patients to physically visit the clinic, showing little empathy for individual circumstances, especially for medications I've previously used. The practice imposes numerous conditions and restrictions, which ultimately leave patients like myself without essential treatments simply because we struggle to attend in-person consultations. It would be straightforward for them to accept photo documentation of medical conditions, but they choose not to. The practice is truly awful, with receptionists who are dismissive and unsympathetic. They seem to adopt an authoritative tone, acting as though they possess medical expertise, despite clearly lacking understanding of patients' genuine needs.

I've got a single appointment remaining, and once it's done, I'm done with this medical facility forever. The personnel here are utterly incompetent. You're stuck waiting from early morning until late, and ultimately, the physician doesn't bother to take a basic vital sign or provide any clarity about the Brook Heys correspondence—simply dismissing you with "go away, I'm busy." They offered zero guidance on my next steps. Completely pointless and frustrating.

Terrible healthcare experience left me frustrated and sick

Absolute nonsense. I had scheduled a doctor's consultation in the morning, but later, another staff member phoned to cancel and redirected me to the pharmacy. Upon arriving at the pharmacy, I waited approximately ten to fifteen minutes, only for them to briefly glance at me before sending me back to the GP. It's completely absurd. When I returned to the GP, they informed me that no appointments were available for the day and suggested I return tomorrow or contact another health department. I've been experiencing severe difficulty swallowing for two days, and eating has become nearly impossible. I almost passed out on the street, and they simply bounced me around like I was insignificant. These healthcare professionals clearly demonstrate a complete lack of concern for their patients' well-being.
