Heartless management

This surgery is under management that despite having a problem explained to them relative to my experience in hundreds and hundreds of words in multiple communications from every conceivable angle, it was all just pushed aside with a phoney explanation involving falsehood and civil "niceties", and the painful circumstances I experience when attending the surgery continue. On the establishment's website it claims it caters to people with learning disabilities. I can tell you that this a dead letter of the law statement only, that is NOT translated into practice, therefore having no basis in truth at all.
