Recall Dr. Smith and Dr. McLeod from when it was a private practice, now transformed into a medical center. Gone are the times of aimlessly waiting, unsure of your place in the queue. The new appointment system is a welcome change. I've witnessed various physicians come and go, but I can't fault the service. Throughout my experiences, I've consistently received excellent care.

The personnel are welcoming and supportive. The physicians are top-notch. I recently visited while feeling extremely ill, and the staff quickly assessed my condition and arranged hospital admission. I was hospitalized for four days and received treatment for Bacterial Pneumonia. The Avenue Medical Center doctor's swift intervention stopped my health issue from escalating into a potentially life-threatening situation. I strongly endorse this medical facility.

Terrible service and impossible to get appointments

Undoubtedly one of the most incompetent medical practices I've encountered. I called to schedule an appointment recently and was informed that no slots are open until late August, by which time I might as well seek care at an urgent treatment centre. It's absolutely ridiculous. I'll definitely be searching for a new healthcare provider where patients can actually get medical attention without enduring weeks of waiting.

He proved to be incredibly meticulous, attentive, and patient during the consultation. He initiated medication for me and scheduled an MRI scan. My long-standing medical issue has been closely monitored by Dr. Mohanty, who has been exceptional in coordinating various tests to identify potential root causes of my persistent, debilitating pain. The entire staff demonstrates remarkable compassion and support. I'm now optimistic that I'll soon receive a comprehensive diagnosis and effective treatment plan. Truly, I am immensely grateful to the practice for their exceptional handling of my Brain MRI scan issue. They were proactive in tracking down the missing scan, persistently reaching out to various departments. Once they obtained the scan, the doctor personally called me with the results, addressing my worries with compassion. The receptionist, practice manager, and doctors were all incredibly kind and reassuring. Moreover, given my multiple medical conditions, they consistently demonstrate attentive care. They always listen and support me. For example, when I was feeling low and not myself, Dr. Mohantey was outstanding. She initiated me on HRT and ensured a follow-up appointment was scheduled. I have been with this practice since 2011, and they have been phenomenal in caring for my entire family.

Typically, I'd be inclined to offer positive feedback, but every time I schedule a consultation with my general practitioner, I consistently find myself sitting in the waiting room for more than half an hour beyond my designated appointment time. My status as a registered caregiver doesn't seem to make any difference in this regard.
