This establishment is an absolute disaster, deserving zero recognition. It's mind-boggling how they consistently ignore incoming calls, and on the rare occasion someone picks up, all available time slots are mysteriously gone. Booking ahead seems impossible, and the entire operation should be terminated immediately!!!!!

Nightmare phone system drains time and wallet

Scheduling an 8am appointment is incredibly challenging. I wasted over half an hour attempting to reach the medical office for a prescription refill: 10 minutes just to connect and then another 25 minutes waiting in a phone queue before I gave up. Being a BT customer, this futile effort cost me £5 at 20p per minute...and I still haven't resolved my prescription need. The phone system feels like a deliberate financial drain designed to frustrate patients, and it's absolutely ridiculous. The actual medical staff are competent and professional when you finally manage to see them, which is why I'm grudgingly giving one star.

Worst medical practice ever terrible customer service

I'd rate this healthcare provider rock bottom, the service is utterly appalling. The reception team displays zero compassion, completely ignoring communication from pharmacies and refusing to respond to calls or emails. Their dismissive advice is simply to go to the emergency department. Attempting to contact them is a nightmare - I've had to dial over 90 times, with lines perpetually engaged and staff seemingly incapable of addressing any concerns. I'm absolutely certain I'll be switching providers immediately. They desperately need either a complete staff overhaul or should be shut down entirely!!! Absolutely disgraceful.

This morning, starting at 7:57am, I persistently dialed and after an exhausting 278 attempts, I finally connected, only to be placed on hold for 15 minutes before reaching a receptionist. What followed was a perplexing sequence of messages: the doctor's office suddenly appearing closed, then a busy signal, then closed again - a series of communications that seemed nonsensical. It's evident that their current booking system is fundamentally flawed and completely inadequate. I want to be clear that my issue isn't with the medical staff or reception personnel, but the sheer absurdity of needing to make nearly 300 calls just to secure an appointment is utterly unacceptable.

Called repeatedly, around 80 attempts, just to be told by the receptionist to try again tomorrow. This has been going on for five consecutive days. The organization is absolutely appalling and their service is potentially life-threatening. They should be deeply embarrassed. I'm so frustrated that I'm tempted to confront the receptionist, who seems to have delusions of medical expertise.

Yes, challenges exist, but they're inherent to medical procedures. The staff are welcoming and genuinely committed to delivering the best possible care. If you want to critique something, direct your frustration towards the real problem: insufficient government support, limited resources, and inadequate funding. Admittedly, phone lines can be tricky, and appointments occasionally run behind schedule. But honestly, so what? Be grateful you're not in a system like the USA, where medical access is purely a financial transaction. I want to extend my heartfelt appreciation to all the staff for their outstanding work, particularly given the challenging environment and the unwarranted criticism they frequently endure.
