Frustrating admin killed my trust

This medical practice used to be decent. Unfortunately, they have rude front desk staff. I was given conflicting information multiple times, which wasted my time and made me want to leave. I waited a week for a callback and had to keep chasing them. Even the next day, I was told to call after 2:30 PM, but then was informed they couldn't help me. What took this surgery a week to handle, I resolved at another practice on the same day, and they sorted everything within 2 hours. I've been with this surgery for 2-3 years, and it has progressively deteriorated, which is disappointing. The doctors during consultations are very pleasant, so credit where it's due, but the administrative side is terrible. Their repeated failures, like forgetting to send medications, ultimately drove me away, which is truly sad.

Rude staff and impossible appointments

The medical practice is an absolute disaster. First off, the receptionist is incredibly discourteous. Secondly, securing an appointment is nearly impossible unless you contact them a week prior to falling sick. When you request a medical letter, which they charge you for, they ultimately inform you they cannot provide it a week later. In my personal opinion, I strongly recommend steering clear of this surgery.
