Prescription Nightmare Threatens Patients Critical Health Needs
The service is utterly terrible. Each month, both the medical practitioners and the adjacent pharmacy botch my partner's medication prescription, which has remained consistent for half a year. They consistently fail to have it prepared when needed, arbitrarily alter the prescription against protocol, and bizarrely split the prescription between two pharmacies, resulting in incomplete medication coverage. This is a critical medication essential for his survival. Whenever he attempts to address these issues with reception staff, they display complete disinterest, deflect the conversation, and are downright discourteous.

Made an appointment but ended up waiting well over an hour past my scheduled time. Additionally, I've been pregnant multiple times during my visits. The reception staff are incredibly discourteous on both occasions. The second time, I was uncertain about using the check-in machine and asked the desk attendant if I might have accidentally checked in someone else by mistake. She acted like it was an enormous inconvenience, sighing and making exaggerated facial expressions during the brief moment it took to help me, clearly annoyed by my simple request.

While vacationing in Sandown, my wife desperately needed a prescription medication she had accidentally left behind. After calling her doctor in Manchester, they provided an email for her to share with a local physician to facilitate a prescription. However, the medical center's receptionist displayed complete indifference and lack of concern. She casually mentioned a doctor might contact us in around half an hour, but nothing materialized. We ultimately abandoned our efforts and received no medical assistance, which significantly disrupted the remainder of our holiday. This situation could have been effortlessly resolved in mere minutes if a doctor had simply reviewed the email and met her urgent medical need. The entire experience was incredibly frustrating and demonstrated a shocking absence of professional compassion. So much for a supposedly caring profession
