Frustrating healthcare experience with unhelpful staff

Absolutely dreadful experience, with scheduling an appointment being a nightmarish challenge and communication feeling utterly impossible. The staff display zero compassion or understanding, and the receptionist ranks as the most incompetent and unhelpful professional I've ever encountered. Their mandatory E-Consult platform is a complete disaster. When you diligently upload documents to the system, they mysteriously deny receiving them! Attempting to be proactive, I emailed the documents directly, only to be told they cannot accept email submissions and insist on using the malfunctioning E-Consult system. Any attempt to speak with a human representative results in total frustration, as they robotically repeat that you must use their online system, showing zero willingness to assist or resolve issues.

Frustrating GP Appointment Booking Nightmare

Spending twenty minutes on a call only to be directed to the online portal is incredibly frustrating. It feels as though this organization’s main function is some form of natural selection—if your symptoms permit you to endure the excessively lengthy appointment scheduling procedure, you might just earn the ultimate reward: a chance at a GP consultation. Honestly, I wouldn’t suggest this organization even to someone I have no fondness for. One star is all I can give since there isn’t an option for a lower rating available. This situation shouldn’t be so complicated; it certainly wasn't like this before! Duane.

Booking nightmare at this frustrating medical practice

Absolutely subpar service. I attempted to schedule an urgent consultation on February 28th, and was only presented with an appointment slot on March 11th. The front desk staff was uncomfortable and dismissive, clearly attempting to discourage me from pursuing further action. I'm completely uncertain about what details were actually communicated to the physician, as it appears the information I shared was likely misrepresented or ignored. It seems utterly impossible to secure a timely appointment, revealing a fundamentally broken scheduling process. Extremely unsatisfactory overall.
