Friendly doctors, unhelpful receptionists ruin healthcare experience

The healthcare professionals are excellent, but the front desk personnel consistently attempt to obstruct patient communication. I genuinely worry about the number of older or vulnerable individuals who are deterred from consulting their doctor by these receptionists daily. Each phone call is an inevitable bureaucratic challenge, and I strongly believe those who most require medical attention will frequently be discouraged by such barriers.

Terrible service and unhelpful medical staff

This medical facility is a complete mockery. As a caregiver, I find it incredibly challenging to navigate past the unhelpful receptionists, and the clinic is perpetually closed. The doctors seem completely disconnected and incompetent. My mother has significant liver complications, and the follow-up care is absolutely abysmal. These medical professionals appear to have obtained their licenses through sheer luck rather than genuine competence.

Compassionate care that truly makes a difference

After being with Jumantown surgery since childhood and then returning over a year ago when I moved back to Widnes due to my previous doctors constantly changing, I've found this practice to be much more supportive. In the past week, their system has been incredibly helpful for me as a disabled patient. They genuinely listen to my concerns without making accusations of dishonesty, which is a stark contrast to my experience at Newtown surgery, where a doctor callously suggested I should commit suicide when I was severely depressed. Here, they treat me with dignity and respect as a human being.
