Worst first impression of a medical practice ever
I recently contacted the Billesdon Surgery to register as a new patient after relocating. Given my work schedule and lack of computer/printer access, I sought guidance on completing the necessary paperwork. Unfortunately, my experience with the Receptionist was extremely frustrating. She was curt, repeatedly interrupted me, and showed zero willingness to assist in resolving my issue. Her demeanor was shockingly unprofessional and starkly contrasts the typically helpful nature of NHS staff. This initial interaction has left me feeling deeply apprehensive about my future interactions with this medical practice.

Worst medical appointment experience ever
I attempted to schedule a medical consultation today and was stuck listening to an endless automated message. Over the course of three hours, twenty-four minutes, and nine seconds, I slowly progressed from tenth in line to first in the queue, only to have the call abruptly disconnect. The same monotonous recording cycled every quarter-minute, and now I'm convinced I'll require psychological support in addition to medical treatment!

Absolutely Dreadful. I've been attempting to contact the medical practice all day long, yet I can't even get through to speak with anyone. The reception is non-existent, and the service is so poor that we'll definitely be seeking out a different general practitioner.

Terrible service ruins good doctor reputation
The medical staff are truly exceptional. Everything was smooth sailing until today when I went to pick up a form that had been previously confirmed as ready for my husband. The front desk employee, however, was utterly unprofessional. She openly acknowledged her lack of knowledge about basic administrative tasks and even went so far as to summon a physician to assist her. Meanwhile, a substantial line of patients formed behind me, with numerous individuals becoming frustrated and leaving in exasperation.

I had no previous issues with the surgical practice, but a recent interaction left me deeply frustrated. When attempting to discuss a medication-related concern, I was abruptly interrupted and my questions were completely disregarded. Terrible healthcare that puts patients at serious risk
The quality has steadily declined, reaching a point where their service is now potentially hazardous. Booking appointments seems impossible, and there are constant errors with medication prescriptions and unfilled orders. I seriously doubt they'll manage to meet the standards required by medical regulatory bodies like the GMC and CQC.

Worst surgery experience ever terrible customer service
I've encountered a Surgery that is incredibly difficult to reach!,... And on the rare occasion you manage to connect, they bombard you with a pre-recorded message listing countless restrictions. They completely ignore email inquiries, and when I personally visited to address an issue with the reception staff, I was made to feel like an inconvenience and a nuisance.....

Awful healthcare experience with unhelpful medical staff
Appalling customer service. Denied my 4-year-old an urgent appointment following an allergic episode and redirected us to a walk-in clinic, despite initially consulting 111 for guidance. Requested repeat prescriptions, only to find they weren't prepared after waiting all day. Staff demonstrated zero compassion. Appointment wait times exceed an hour with no assurance of actually seeing a healthcare professional. The doctors themselves are genuinely kind—when you finally manage to encounter them! Overall, an incredibly nerve-wracking ordeal that consistently triggers significant anxiety.

Terrible service during my most difficult time
Utterly appalling service. I've been attempting to obtain a death certificate for my deceased relative (who passed away on Saturday) to register the death. My appointment was supposedly confirmed, and I was assured the paperwork would be ready at the register office. However, it's apparently in a queue and will be processed "at some point." I've already made one futile 35-mile trip, only to be met with a dismissive receptionist who displayed a completely indifferent attitude. There's no semblance of compassion or consideration for the emotional and logistical challenges people face during such difficult times. I'm grateful this office isn't local to me, as they clearly demonstrate an absolute lack of concern or professionalism.

Friendly and efficient healthcare service for newcomers
After relocating to this new area, I've been struggling to complete my surgery registration. However, the reception team, both via telephone and in person, were incredibly welcoming and supportive. Despite not being officially registered, I was able to see a GP that same morning as a temporary patient. Dr Burton was exceptionally professional and provided reassuring care. The entire interaction was remarkably comforting, and the compassionate staff effectively alleviated my initial nervousness about finding a new medical practice.
