Friendy practice

I went into the Brooke and only had to wait a short time . I used the automated appointment machine to book in which saved time. I was seen by a very nice nurse practitioner who dealt with my medical problem excellently and she was very friendly . Ive not been to Brooke often but whenever I have I been treated really well.

Great practice, every member of staff take time to assist you with your needs, WhatsApp chat system is very helpful in getting you the right care that you need. The practice has improved greatly over the last few years. Although It was already a good practice to begin with. My rating is 10/10

Brooke Surgery is a very well run surgery. They are easy to contact (online) with a great system in place that works exceptionally well. The medical staff and admin team I have met and spoken to have all been brilliant and very considerate and conscientious.

Becoming a patient at Brook Surgery is the best move I've made for GP service and care. As one of their more elderly patients, I have found it easy to keep up with the use of technology to contact the surgery, cutting down wait times effectively. Their response times are amazing, respectful and caring attitudes towards patients, nothing too much trouble. Good listeners and give excellent explanations and advice. I'd recommend Brooke to anyone not receiving quality caring service from their GP surgery.

Very quick to be seen which I am so glad about because it is so hard to get an appointment at a GP nowadays the Brooke surgery never disappoints quick response from them get the appointments booked very fast and deal with the problem asap.
