Exceptional practice

Since joining the surgery last year they have been outstanding supportive and caring in helping me get a diagnosis and treatment for my child. Even when i needed to sound off they were empathetic and kind. Absolutely highly recommend.

Great practice and really accessible

I’ve been a patient here probably for about 2 or more years now. You can tell the Brooke Surgery really pride themselves on being ahead with the times, and making things as accessible and efficient as possible. The ChatDoc system they have moved to is great and so easy to use. I’ve needed them twice so far and both times I got a response (and resolution!) within 24 hours and neither of my queries was urgent so I was happy to wait longer. Very happy with the service here. Clinicians are all extremely knowledgeable and nothing is an inconvenience for them to settle your mind.

I Recently used ChatDoc on WhatsApp the response was fast and within 30 minutes I was allocated an appointment. Really Good Practice

All reception staff seem fairly friendly and obvs. working well under heavy-workload situations. Nurses and GPs all seem wonderful - great with patients, while being professional too. My only negative comments centre around the online booking system. I have experienced more than one scenario where this system completely failed.
