On thursday 12 02 2026 Isaw a clinician the person said they would refer me to see someone about my problem with my feet , as I write this it is Sunday 22, 2 2026, and I haven’t heard anything. Regards Neil Howard.

Terrible practice!

This is a terrible surgery! they don't prescribe medication in a timely or effective manner and do absolutely nothing if you complain even directly to the practice managers ! Me and my family have had nothing but issues with this surgery since we joined in November 2024!!! Do not believe the positive reviews i did that and have paid for it!!! STAY AWAY!!

A pathetic excuse for a surgery.

Almost impossible to get an appointment. I've had an appointment made and later changed, because the staff member wasnt suitable to treat me. Using what's app for consultation purposes. How secure is that? Poor communication and you are frequently expected to travel to other locations for consultations. It does, however seem that there are G.P.s who give advice on you tube. Amazing really isn't it...

When you finally get an appointment it is usually forwarded to other premises, e.g. Claremont Square...

After recently moving back to the area, I cannot speak highly enough of Brooke surgery. From the moment you arrive, the staff are welcoming, professional, and genuinely caring. The reception team are efficient, helpful, and always treat patients with respect and compassion, even during busy periods. The doctors and clinical staff take the time to listen, explain things clearly, and make you feel reassured and supported. Lovely doctors and nurses and receptioniststion

Excellent. Lovely clean surgery. Been coming to the brooke surgery for 20 years. Wouldn't change surgeries only if i really had to for any reason. I E. House move which is well out of area which im hoping won't happen.

My contact via WhatsApp with GP was very good . My initial message was answered within 1 hour by GP , with speedy follow up message exchanges ,which answered all my concerns.

Reassuring consultation

After I sent in a request for a consultation/examination , I was given an appointment with a GP trainee within a few days. When I attended, she listened carefully to my concerns and symptoms before examining me. She then explained her thinking and arranged tests/scan for me. She also changed some medication that may have been making symptoms worse. Throughout the appointment she was respectful and considerate. I came away feeling reassured that I had been understood and knew what the next steps were. Thankyou.

Efficient

I had my spirometer test and was most appreciative that the nurse also offered to do my blood test to save me returning for another appointment This was also the case in an appointment with a different nurse a few days earlier A huge improvement on last year when I had to attend multiple appointments for my chronic disease checkups Well done all!

Reassuring

After raising my concerns about my symptoms I was offered an appointment with a trainee GP under the supervision of Dr Tariq. I was seen face to face and examined. The person I saw listened carefully and looked at my history before suggesting tests and a scan to further investigate .She also changed some medication. Throughout the consultation she was respectful and considerate . It was reassuring that she understood my worries.

Staff are welcoming, polite, friendly and professional. Questions asked are answered and further information given as required. It was easy enough to get an appointment for the reason I needed.
