Used Chatdoc for the first time it took a while to complete, the response was very prompt . I received an appointment for the same morning, Clare was amazing very knowledgeable, caring , efficient and put my mind at rest immediately.

30 years at Donney brook surgery and what at utter shambles , so i moved to Brook surgery , you can actually book an appointment and see a medical professional, they have staff on reception who listen to you and speak to you like your a human, the don't bark at you shout and insult you, personally I am impressed and would definitely recommend
