Tom Richardson is marvellous we had a chat about my medication & Tom got it all sorted & he said he would ring back in a couple of week's & he did wonderful & the same for Dr. Masud I personally don't mind telephone consultations even the Doctally is good thanks to all the staff at The Brooke Surgery you are all wonderful Huge Thank you 😊

Superb Practice

I have been a patient of the Brooke Surgery for over 35 years. Throughout that time I have been treated promptly with respect and courtesy. Whenever needed I have been sent for tests without delay.My own Doctor is Dr Faruk he is caring, pleasant nothing is too much trouble he has even phoned me at 9 o'clock at night. I feel very privileged and happy to be a patient there.

Superb Practice

I've been a patient at the Brooke Surgery for over 35 years and throughout that time they have never let me down, sending me for investigative tests whenever needed.I have always been treated with respect and courteously.. My own Doctor is Dr Faruk and he's even phoned me at 9pm at night nothing is too much trouble. I feel privileged to be a patient there.

Booking an appointment

Excellent surgery however their what's app query group needs work because you have to go through the rigmarole of providing proof of who you are which takes an age...you can't even send a message if it's out of hours...if you phone up you'll be waiting forever ie 27th in the queue Once you get the appointment the treatment you get is second to none

All staff at Brooke Surgery are excellent, helpful, happy and polite. Medical team are exemplary, waiting times for appointments very good. I feel very safe being cared for by all these people.

Everything you need from a GP practice

This GP practice, it’s very person centred in my experience. From the receptionist to the doctor, everyone wants to help you get the information I’ll be seen by the appropriate person.. the technology that this practices is using helps me feel in charge of my health which is refreshing. Highly recommended.
