No Phone Call, No Help at All

STEER CLEAR. Zero communication. No referral. No medical care. I personally visited the clinic a fortnight ago to secure an appointment. The front desk staff attempted to send me away, claiming the physician would contact me at an unspecified time. I firmly demanded a concrete scheduling. They confirmed a telephone consultation between 3-4pm on 28 Jan. I waited patiently. The designated time passed without any incoming call. I suspect they merely placated me with a fictitious appointment. My daily existence is consumed by constant pain. Simply awaiting a referral to obtain necessary treatment. The practice continues recruiting new patients while demonstrably unable to manage their current patient load. ABSOLUTELY AVOID.
