Rude Receptionists Blocked My Daughter's Care

Medical professionals at this clinic are excellent once you secure an appointment, but navigating their initial reception is a nightmare. The front desk staff are incredibly dismissive and unhelpful, particularly when I tried to get care for my young child. They flatly refused to accommodate us, repeatedly interrupting me and claiming they were at full capacity for the day. Their complete lack of empathy and compassion was shocking - they showed zero concern for my daughter's well-being. I absolutely believe the reception team desperately needs comprehensive customer service training and much closer management oversight. Their communication approach is completely unacceptable and borderline cruel.

Dr Zafar Made Me Feel Completely Heard

My visit to the surgery today was absolutely flawless. Dr Zafar conducted my consultation, and though I was initially apprehensive about consulting a male physician, I decided to proceed. I am truly grateful that I did. The doctor was incredibly attentive, compassionate, and completely understood my concerns. Mum's Urgent Health Concerns Ignored

Completely useless. Appalling care. My mother has been stuck in the emergency department for 72 hours, suffering immensely. Her GP has received two discharge summaries highlighting her pain and critically high blood pressure, yet scheduling an appointment seems impossible. She remains in excruciating pain unrelated to her blood pressure and urgently requires both pain management and BP monitoring. The receptionists are dismissive and unhelpful. My sister-in-law has attempted to intervene, we've had a telephone consultation cancelled, and we're still waiting for any meaningful response. The entire service is absolutely unacceptable and represents a total failure of medical care. I'm relieved this isn't my regular medical practice. What they're doing amounts to patient neglect, especially considering my mother is my father's primary caregiver. The whole situation is utterly heartbreaking and infuriating.

Doctors Ignored My Health and Triggered Anger

I'd give zero stars if possible. They prescribed me medication over 5 years ago and now refuse to continue it - absolutely ridiculous. None of the doctors actually listen to my concerns; instead, they treat me like a test subject, experimenting with various medications. It's unacceptable that they put me on antidepressants for IBS. My medical records clearly show I was diagnosed with ADHD and behavioral issues when I was younger, which is appalling considering I have six children who depend on me. They prescribed medications that triggered my anger and made me suicidal, which I immediately stopped, much to the doctor's displeasure. What kind of professional gives antidepressants to someone with ADHD and then withholds their regular medication over Christmas? No doctor here seems competent. I'm seriously worried about the potential long-term impact on my health and am seeking legal advice. This level of neglect - prescribing multiple medications without properly checking my records - is unforgivable. This entire practice needs to be shut down. Dr. Negargar is completely useless, and Dr. Tariq is even worse - asking me to do things, then completely disregarding my input and preventing me from accessing essential medications for my health conditions.

I cannot endorse this medical facility and suggest seeking alternatives. For instance, when I required a specialist consultation, their referral process was the sole pathway to my preferred physician. I called on Monday, explaining that I had diagnostic images and was confident the doctor would immediately recognize the urgency, warranting a hospital referral. However, their response was that the next available doctor would not be accessible until Friday. This delay is completely unacceptable, leaving me frustrated and angry about their lack of responsiveness to what I perceive as a critical medical situation.
