I can't comprehend the low ratings because my experience has been fantastic. Unlike my former medical practice, which consistently ignored my health concerns and denied me consultations, Cedar Practice has been incredibly responsive. They efficiently utilize their available resources, offer seamless appointment scheduling, and provide prompt medical attention. Additionally, they have an on-site blood testing facility. I'm thoroughly satisfied with their service :)

The receptionist's behavior is absolutely appalling. Over the past couple of days, I've made numerous calls attempting to resolve a critical medication issue for my partner, who has been struggling with psychosis for three years. There seems to be a mix-up with our pharmacy, and I've been desperately trying to clarify the situation. However, the staff appears completely indifferent to our plight. The last representative I spoke with coldly informed me that my boyfriend must remain without his essential medication until the Easter holiday concludes. What sort of heartless and unprofessional service is this?

The primary reason is Dr. Stanley, who has consistently provided exceptional care throughout my years as a patient. What truly stands out is having a general practitioner who is intimately familiar with my medical history and demonstrates real expertise in women's health. The employee's behavior was absolutely appalling. Simply because my mother isn't fluent in English, she was labeled as rude. What kind of unprofessional treatment is this? This establishment deserves immediate shutdown. YOUR CONDUCT IS REPREHENSIBLE. You deliberately demean vulnerable people, yet no one seems to hold you accountable for your disrespect. Manager of this Cedar practice, are you blind to the numerous complaints? Isn't it time you seriously address these issues? Replace these staff members with professionals who understand basic human dignity, because the current employees clearly don't appreciate their positions and seem unworthy of their jobs based on such disgraceful conduct.

The receptionist at Cedar practice consistently provides hostile and unwelcoming responses, making it extremely challenging to schedule a doctor's appointment. Her attitude suggests she should be replaced by someone more professional and less discriminatory. This is undoubtedly the most terrible general practice in London, completely unworthy of any positive recognition. They have failed to provide me with a single appointment slot for three entire months. It seems like their staff are more problematic than the patients they're meant to serve, and they urgently need to address these serious customer service issues.
