Frustrating wait times ruin potential medical care

Scheduling here is a nightmare. Utterly frustrating surgical experience. Dr. Saw might be skilled, but actually getting face time with him seems impossible. Looks like I'll be stuck at an urgent care center ONCE MORE. Completely ineffective healthcare service.

They're completely indifferent to patient needs, to the point where even if you were critically ill right outside their entrance, they'd still coldly inform you that no doctor can see you for another three days.

Disrespectful doctor fails to listen or help

Terrible experience with Dr. Ben Saw! I needed a medical document stating my blind, homeless father couldn't live above ground floor for council housing. I tried explaining my situation thoroughly, but the doctor repeatedly interrupted me, refusing to listen. Every time I attempted to complete my explanation, he would cut me off, insisting he couldn't provide the paper. He aggressively held up a document, demanding I read it immediately, while I was still mid-sentence. When I requested to finish speaking first, he accused me of repeating myself and not understanding conversation etiquette. In reality, he was the one being unprofessional, constantly interrupting and dismissing my concerns. His behavior was incredibly disrespectful. I became emotional, not because of the paper's denial, but because of his dismissive and rude attitude. When I became upset, he callously told me not to be, which only made the situation worse. The doctor showed zero empathy or willingness to understand my circumstances. His communication skills were appalling for a professional. My father and I are both deeply disappointed with his service. I absolutely cannot recommend Dr. Ben Saw to anyone seeking compassionate, attentive medical assistance.

Frustrating appointment booking with unhelpful reception staff

I'm hesitant to burden the emergency department and simply wish to schedule a consultation with my primary care physician. Upon calling, I was informed I must ring back tomorrow to secure an appointment. This administrative approach completely eludes me. As per usual, the medical professionals are excellent, but the front desk personnel consistently demonstrate a dismissive attitude. We patients recognize the immense pressure you're under and approach interactions with respect, so why can't the same courtesy be extended to us?

Exceptional doctor and practice with heart

Dr. DeSilva, my primary care physician, is truly exceptional. Her approach is compassionate, meticulous, and genuinely caring. I hold her in the highest regard for her unwavering commitment to my health, both past and present. When I've needed to see other doctors at the practice, they have consistently gone above and beyond to provide assistance. I want to extend my sincere appreciation to the nursing staff as well, who are consistently comprehensive and empathetic in their care. The reception team is always warm, interactive, and incredibly supportive. In my experience, this entire medical practice deserves nothing less than a perfect rating for their remarkable service and dedication.

During my visits, the reception team consistently displayed a tense and unwelcoming demeanor. On three separate instances, the staff came across as irritable and discourteous, making for an unpleasant interaction each time.

Like many NHS doctors, they're constantly juggling high patient volumes and focusing on those with the most critical medical needs, but they remain accessible when you require assistance, offering either face-to-face consultations or telephone follow-ups. Crucially, they're responsive, with phone calls being answered promptly. The administrative team demonstrates a consistently courteous and supportive approach, and the medical professionals are excellent. The facility itself is contemporary and well-maintained, with clean and comfortable consultation spaces.
