However, the form did not accommodate this particular scenario, making it impossible for me to proceed with the booking.

Anima system failed me with serious allergy concerns

I completely support and appreciate the medical practice's transition from traditional phone and in-person appointment scheduling to the online Anima system. However, I am currently experiencing a serious allergic condition that is significantly impacting both my personal and professional life. When I attempted to book an appointment through Anima and uploaded images of my swollen body part, I received a dismissive response suggesting no further action was necessary. I continue to suffer from this health issue. I visited a pharmacy seeking antiallergic medication, but was informed I require a GP prescription. I am left uncertain whether I should wait until my condition deteriorates or if I will receive an appointment or prescription from my doctor - only time will tell.

The front desk staff consistently demonstrate a lack of professionalism and courtesy. After enduring a frustratingly long six-week wait for an appointment, I was met with further disappointment when the physician, following a brief 10-minute consultation, abruptly instructed me to complete an online form because she was pressed for time and had additional patients pending. The entire experience was incredibly frustrating and felt dismissive!!!!!

Unhelpful receptionist nearly delayed crucial medical check

I arrived early to schedule a consultation with my primary care physician. The front desk staff informed me the earliest available slot was five weeks out. When I explained my concern about an unidentified growth on my head, she suggested I either ring 111 or visit urgent care. Following a call to 111, I ultimately consulted a pharmacist. They subsequently arranged an immediate appointment with my GP that same day. Interestingly, the receptionist later told the pharmacist she wouldn't have dismissed me had she understood the seriousness of my head lump. Thanks for the misleading information.

The Cedars Surgery demonstrates complete indifference towards patients, treating individuals as mere statistical data and revenue sources. Abysmal customer service, interminable telephone hold times, recurring errors with prescriptions, and extremely restricted appointment scheduling. Prescription renewal emails are systematically ignored, receive no acknowledgment, and frequently remain unprocessed, resulting in unnecessary pharmacy visits. If any alternative medical practice is available, strongly recommend seeking care elsewhere.
