Managing a chronic health condition requiring consistent medication, I exhausted every communication channel — repeatedly calling and emailing — to obtain a crucial prescription. Despite these persistent attempts, the practice completely disregarded my urgent medical needs. Consequently, I was rushed to Intensive Care with dangerously compromised vital signs. The hospital consultant explicitly confirmed that this medical emergency was entirely preventable and solely resulted from the surgery's fundamental incompetence and gross negligence. Furthermore, the practice's staff consistently displayed an abysmal attitude characterized by indifference and unprofessionalism. Their interactions were marked by rudeness and a complete absence of empathy — fundamental qualities one expects in healthcare professionals. I cannot emphasize enough the importance of avoiding this practice. Cedars Surgery has demonstrated a shocking disregard for patient welfare, displaying a systematic failure in basic medical responsibility, communication, and patient care that puts lives at genuine risk.
