Worst customer service ever at this clinic
I reached out to register as a temporary patient, and the receptionist immediately challenged my choice of clinic, stating they couldn't see me today. When I clarified that I didn't require an immediate appointment, she responded with uncertainty about whether they could accommodate me at all. Receptionist at 14:30 on 07-12-18 was completely unhelpful, displaying a lack of professionalism. If her job is causing her such distress, she should consider finding alternative employment. Her behavior of abruptly hanging up the phone was particularly unacceptable.

Over two decades, I've experienced multiple misdiagnoses and encountered staff members who appear poorly prepared to deliver competent healthcare. The level of medical incompetence is so significant that I strongly caution anyone against seeking treatment here, especially for serious medical concerns. The risk of receiving incorrect medical guidance is substantial, which could potentially compromise patient health. Fortunately, I ultimately transferred to another medical practice that provides substantially superior care, making my previous experience with Cedar Surgery seem remarkably inadequate by comparison.
