Since October 1st, I have visited the surgery numerous times with an angry red rash extending from my neck to my kneecaps. During that time, I had every blood test known to mankind. It took several visits before I was able to get an appointment with Dr Pophat. I instinctively felt he would be able to cure me - and he did so after just one visit. However, in the New Year, I developed a further skin irritation in various parts of my body again (not related to the red rash). I saw two doctors before reaching out especially to Dr Pophat. It took a further two visits before he prescribed medication that finally resolved the issue. Not before time, as he joked that he would have to go back to medical school if he didn’t cure it on that occasion! Thankfully, he doesn’t have to - because I am now cured and feeling better than I have in a long time, especially for an eighty-four-year-old male. I’m sure that all the doctors I saw about both conditions were doing their very best to help me get well again. It would be remiss of me not to also mention the receptionists, who are excellent. I only experienced one issue when trying to get an appointment with a male receptionist. It’s very rare for a patient to have the chance to thank the doctors at the Cheylesmore Practice. I’m truly grateful - thank you

Chelysmore medical practice is excellent. Let me highlight some positive aspects. The registration process for our entire family, even our newborn, was incredibly smooth and efficient. If you're prescribed medication, you can conveniently collect it from the Boots pharmacy located within the same premises. A big thank you to Jaspal and the entire team for their outstanding service.
