Her demeanor is discourteous and her approach to nursing lacks gentleness. During medical procedures, she has subjected me to unnecessary discomfort that other healthcare professionals would have handled more carefully.

Following the pattern of previous experiences, my sole engagement with this establishment revealed significant shortcomings: 1) They completely neglected my registration application, only responding after I persistently pursued them via telephone. 2) I was repeatedly redirected, first being told to wait an hour, and then instructed to call back the following day. 3) They abruptly terminated my scheduled appointment on the day itself (which, as an educator, would pose substantial logistical challenges outside of summer months). 4) Their communication was markedly hostile and demonstrated zero remorse during these interactions. Management, the responsibility for staff performance rests squarely on your shoulders, not theirs...

Why are online booking and support services completely absent? All communication must go through the front desk, where staff rush to provide responses without fully listening to the challenges patients have already navigated. Online forms are seemingly impossible for the surgery to receive, so attempting to submit them is futile. They also cannot handle email communications. The practice gives the impression of operating at the absolute bare minimum standard. As a result, I am transferring my medical care elsewhere.

My perspective is that the critical feedback reflects broader issues within the NHS and its chronic underfunding, rather than the fault of the staff, who are genuinely striving to provide the best care possible. I can personally attest to this, having personally experienced a staggering 63-month waiting period.

After enduring 14 years with this practice, I switched to Nightingale, and within a week of registering, I had all my healthcare needs met. This current practice demonstrates shocking levels of disorganization and inefficiency. I am definitely filing a formal complaint with the NHS about their substandard service.
