The staff at reception and nursing were incredibly welcoming and accommodating. They swiftly processed my intake and ensured I was seen by the physician almost immediately after arriving. Decades of care from a great gp surgery

I have absolutely no issues with this medical practice, having been a patient here for over 20 years since their relocation from upper Clapton Rd. Appointment availability has never been a problem, though in the past, some doctors were somewhat aggressive with medication prescriptions. Dr Bradley was my favorite physician, Dr Rubner was pleasant, Dr Horowitz reminded me of Abraham Lincoln, and Dr Terriba was always sporting a black leather jacket. Dr Rauf and Dr Hallergarten were excellent, while Dr Sharif confidently displayed his top-tier diagnostic and prescriptive skills. The locum doctors were also commendable. The practice manager was fantastic, and during my Tuesday visits to the baby clinic, I typically declined most offered vaccinations. I've utilized their home delivery service once and had access to Pharmacy first. Nurse Phyliss was wonderful, and I appreciated the self sign-in system as an additional patient security measure.

Excellent medical care despite initial doctor change worries

I'm curious about the identity of this supposedly terrible physician I came to this practice because my previous medical provider was shutting down On our first visit, my entire family of 7 registered and immediately received induction medical appointments. The nurse had comprehensive records for all of us, including my disabled son. Despite both of us being on numerous medications, not a single error has occurred, and they've always been punctual The reception staff consistently demonstrate politeness and warmth, readily addressing any concerns my family might have. Unlike other reported experiences, they show no trace of rudeness. I maintain a friendly and courteous approach, which they reciprocate perfectly I'm genuinely grateful that I was compelled to switch healthcare providers and landed at this practice The sole reason I'm not awarding a perfect 5-star rating is that I haven't been here a full year yet. Typically, I wouldn't review a service before a year has passed, but I felt compelled to defend against potential unwarranted criticism I'll update my review when the year is complete, though I doubt any significant changes will be necessary

Worst medical practice ever terrible reception

The reception staff here are absolutely dreadful - rude and completely unprofessional. They gossip among themselves while patients wait, and are incredibly unhelpful. Since registering a week ago, I've experienced more problems than at any other medical practice. I rely on daily medication and desperately need prescription renewals, but their supposed 24-hour booking service is a total joke. Every morning I've called trying to secure an appointment, only to be repeatedly turned away. When I requested an emergency slot, the receptionist dismissively claimed my prescription wasn't an emergency, despite having no knowledge of my specific medication or medical needs. As a result, I'm now completely out of medication, experiencing uncontrollable symptoms, and missing work. This morning, I called at 8:27 and was rudely rejected because it wasn't exactly 8:30 - a mere three minutes before their supposed booking time. The staff's attitude is inexcusable. I will absolutely be re-registering elsewhere and filing a formal complaint about their appalling service.

Steer clear of DR Shariff. Completely useless. Dr Mazn Raouf was fantastic but has since departed. Dr Chan, a newcomer, is also a young physician who listens to your worries, in contrast to Dr Sharif.

The medical professionals, including Dr. Sharif, demonstrate competence and professionalism. However, the front desk staff are discourteous and dismissive, suggesting over-the-counter medication rather than simply stating they have no available appointments. It is highly inappropriate for a receptionist to offer medical advice, especially when her role is purely administrative. The receptionist, whose name sounds like Shameen, should maintain proper telephone etiquette consistent with her position and refrain from acting as a health consultant.

Unwelcoming front desk personnel. The nursing staff lacks compassion and attentiveness. Dr. Sharff comes across as harsh and dismissive, offering no opportunity for meaningful dialogue about concerns. Dr. Raouf was truly exceptional! Sadly, he has since departed 😔, leaving me uncertain about the quality of care remaining. I'm absolutely planning to switch medical practices. Shocking lack of professionalism at medical practice

I am deeply dissatisfied with the reception and nursing staff's lack of professionalism. It was alarming to observe that the nurse was not wearing standard attire like a uniform, apron, or identification badge. Moreover, she failed to sanitize or clean the examination couch before and after performing the smear test. To make matters worse, as I left the room, another patient was standing directly outside the door, which meant my private conversation was likely overheard. Additionally, the nurse's limited English proficiency made it challenging to understand crucial medical information. These concerns have led me to seriously consider finding a new general practitioner.
