I'm truly fond of the Coggeshall medical practice, but after seven years of service, our relocation prompted an unexpected swift response regarding our ineligibility due to being outside their service area. While this is understandable, when I explained our difficulties in securing a new general practitioner and requested some time to find alternatives, we were abruptly dropped from their patient list the very next day!!!! We remain in a challenging situation without a GP, as local practices are either not accepting NHS patients or we fall outside their designated regions. NHS England is supposedly attempting to locate a suitable surgery for us, yet I now find myself without essential medication and no medical support. Thanks for the seven positive years, but it seems patient commitment means little to them.

I visited for an eye concern that ultimately proved minor, but during my appointment, the physician went above and beyond by conducting a comprehensive health assessment, including checking my blood pressure and other vitals. Uneven care leaves patient frustrated and disappointed

The front desk staff is delightful, and one physician is equally charming, but the other comes across as detached and indifferent, clearly neglecting to properly review my medical records and incorrectly prescribing medication dosage. I encountered significant challenges in securing my routine prescriptions for my chronic condition and was unable to consult a doctor when experiencing severe symptoms related to my illness. I was left suffering and unwell for an extended period. Extremely dissatisfied, I will be seeking care elsewhere. The sole bright spots of this practice are the welcoming reception team and the compassionate nursing staff.
