You might as well forget about reaching out. Expect to waste over 60 minutes on hold, and even after that, securing an appointment seems impossible. The front desk staff are completely unhelpful, unable to provide any concrete information about return calls or scheduling. Truly frustrating and incredibly ineffective.

Terrible healthcare service with unhelpful appointment system

As always, no urgent consultations were available, even when I was physically present at the clinic, and I was redirected to the walk-in center with a serious leg wound infection. This morning, my spouse attempted to schedule an appointment and was informed that September slots are not yet open, with instructions to check back in a fortnight. The management of this medical practice seems completely disorganized, and I'm utterly frustrated with their inefficiency. The sole bright spot is Sam, the receptionist, who stands out as the only competent staff member!

Terrible service and unhelpful medical staff nightmare

I rarely visit medical practitioners, but recent health issues have driven me to seek help. I was rushed to the emergency room due to severe dehydration and developed an all-encompassing, intensely uncomfortable rash. Securing an appointment was challenging, and after undergoing blood tests, I received results today that are completely abnormal for me, yet no physician has reached out. When I called to discuss these results, I was met with a condescending, dismissive, and almost contemptuous receptionist who informed me that the doctor deemed the results satisfactory and therefore cannot provide an appointment for six weeks. The notion that I'm unwell for the first time in years and being told to wait six weeks is utterly absurd. This isn't a systemic problem, as other medical practices operate differently. This particular surgery is an absolute embarrassment. The receptionists are incredibly arrogant and the service is deplorable - a situation that has persisted for years. It's nothing short of a disgrace.

Heroic doctors persevere through overwhelming local growth

The medical staff at Croft are heroically coping with the immense pressure caused by rapid, unchecked residential development in the region. What was once a small village practice now must accommodate a population comparable to a town's. It's remarkable they haven't completely collapsed under the strain. Tremendous credit to them all. Patient demand for quicker consultations has compressed appointments to just 10 minutes, which is clearly inadequate for intricate medical situations. Despite this, the physicians consistently give their absolute best, asking patients to be patient, assuring them they will ultimately receive the necessary care. Recently, one of the doctors actually saved my life through a critically timed medical intervention.

Rude receptionists tarnish an otherwise great medical practice

While generalizing complaints can unfairly paint all staff in a negative light, there are indeed a select few receptionists who consistently demonstrate discourteous and abrasive behavior during phone interactions. It's truly disappointing because the medical professionals at the practice are incredibly compassionate, and these few individuals' conduct ultimately tarnishes the reputation of the entire surgery.

Signing up was seamless, and the entire surgical experience was outstanding. The front desk personnel were incredibly friendly and supportive. Nurse Ana was delightful, and my consultation with Dr. Kevin was exceptional. His engaging personality and wit made the appointment enjoyable, and he provided comprehensive, clear information. Worst medical care ever from unprofessional staff

Avoid this medical practice at all costs. They are utterly incompetent and display the most appalling customer service I've ever encountered. As a former healthcare professional, I'm ashamed to be associated with such a disgraceful representation of the NHS. As a 60-year-old disabled individual, I was left without critical medication for three consecutive days. You'd receive more compassionate and professional care from a veterinary clinic.

Fantastic doctor great care with long wait times

Dr. Rose is truly exceptional, and I'd rate the surgical practice a perfect 5 out of 5. She was incredibly supportive, providing immense comfort to both my wife and me regarding our infant's health and our parenting skills. The only drawback is the considerable wait times at appointments, which typically extend to around 30 minutes or more. Additionally, getting through on the telephone is challenging, though I understand this is likely due to staff shortages and high patient volume.
