The medical staff displayed deeply inappropriate and disrespectful conduct, completely failing to provide compassionate patient care. One physician specifically ignored my medical concerns, challenged validated diagnoses, and made irrelevant personal comments unrelated to my health condition. Absolutely no professional integrity or patient dignity — the entire experience left me feeling marginalized, invalidated, and profoundly uncomfortable.

I recognize the challenges facing general practitioners nowadays, but it appears they are scheduling too many appointments. During my wait to see the nurse, I was kept waiting for a full hour beyond my scheduled time. Similarly, when waiting to see the doctor, I was delayed by 25 minutes past my appointment. The reception staff showed no recognition of these delays and when I attempted to provide constructive feedback, they displayed no remorse or understanding of how potentially disruptive this could be during a busy workday. Their interpersonal communication has struck me as somewhat brusque and unhelpful. Despite being a patient at this practice for just two months, these unsatisfactory interactions are making me seriously contemplate finding alternative medical care.

I've observed that this general practice selectively decides which patients they are willing to assist and admit to their publicly funded services. If they take a dislike to you, they will refuse entry by claiming there's no available space. I strongly believe the Government should investigate the demographic composition of this GP's patient list to ensure equitable and professional service is being delivered to all residents within the Hackney community.
