This medical practice has been steadily declining in quality, with the front desk personnel being completely ineffective and, to be brutally honest, unfit for their roles due to their incompetence and sheer discourtesy. They advise you to call on a specific day when appointment slots become available, so you ring precisely at 9am only to find they're already fully booked. Without a doubt, this is the most terrible general practitioner in Hackney. I strongly caution anyone against registering with this utterly inept medical practice.

The service quality is subpar, with a persistent push towards emergency room visits. Case in point: I now bear scars due to their failure to remove my stitches at the scheduled time, and they've neglected to process our infant's registration while refusing to book an appointment until the paperwork is complete. There's a complete lack of adaptability or genuine concern, giving the impression that this is purely an administrative exercise with multiple layers of staff programmed to reject requests as a cost-cutting measure.
