This medical practice has been steadily declining in quality, with the front desk personnel being completely ineffective and, to be brutally honest, unfit for their roles due to their incompetence and sheer discourtesy. They advise you to call on a specific day when appointment slots become available, so you ring precisely at 9am only to find they're already fully booked. Without a doubt, this is the most terrible general practitioner in Hackney. I strongly caution anyone against registering with this utterly inept medical practice.
