Their scheduling system is incredibly frustrating, as they release slots just 24 hours in advance, forcing patients to engage in a stressful daily ritual of telephone queuing. You'll frequently spend hours on hold, with no assurance of securing a consultation. Even after successfully booking a slot, there's a real risk of arriving at the clinic only to be informed that your appointment mysteriously does not exist. The entire experience is deeply aggravating and demonstrates a complete lack of patient-centered care.

While the nurse is delightful, prior to the pandemic, this practice repeatedly canceled my appointments after I had already arrived, which occurred on several occasions. Today, when I sought an urgent consultation, I was informed they had inexplicably removed me from their patient list without explanation and could offer no resolution. I'm now being instructed to re-register and endure a five-week wait for an appointment. As a result, I'm seeking medical care elsewhere. If you care about receiving timely and reliable healthcare, I strongly recommend finding an alternative practice.
