The front desk staff at this medical facility urgently need to improve their communication skills when answering phone calls. Their current approach to interacting with patients is completely unprofessional and deeply inappropriate. The receptionists display an unacceptably poor attitude that would be offensive to anyone, but is especially troubling when dealing with patients seeking medical care. It is absolutely crucial that they learn to maintain a courteous and composed demeanor during every single interaction!!

Despite the challenging circumstances facing the NHS under current governmental policies, I consistently receive prompt appointments and find the reception team highly helpful when I need to discuss scheduling or medication needs. Every interaction with the staff has been exceptional. The pharmacist who conducts my asthma review is wonderful, and a nurse (I believe her name is Jenna) was particularly compassionate during my smear test, taking care to explain everything in a sensitive and trauma-aware manner. :)
