They're quite rigid about scheduling, demanding explicit details about your health concerns. It feels like they're prying into personal matters that shouldn't require such extensive explanation.

A minor issue was manually resolved to ensure our registration was completed. More crucially, our first encounter seeking medical assistance has been met with incredibly rapid, attentive, and compassionate support that I felt compelled to share. Over the past four days, I've consulted the reception for guidance once and utilized the emergency doctor consultation line twice. Given my intense pain and underlying anxiety, the two physicians and wonderful receptionist have been extraordinarily understanding, patient, reassuring, and genuinely kind. Prescriptions were swiftly transmitted to our local pharmacy, and my pain is gradually becoming manageable. Today, the doctor was proactively inquiring about my ability to visit the surgery for a comprehensive in-person examination. Thus far, the experience has been exceptional and deeply appreciated!

I've been receiving care at this medical facility for nearly a decade and noticed numerous critical comments online. I felt compelled to share a counterbalancing perspective - I've consistently had excellent interactions, finding the staff consistently supportive, welcoming, considerate, and dependable. In fact, they're among the top two healthcare providers I've encountered throughout my many years of medical experiences.

Dangerous doctor misdiagnosed my serious health issues

A horrendous healthcare facility that falls far below even the already dismal NHS standards. Each time I naively sought medical help, I was consistently misdiagnosed - most critically with severe necrotic pancreatitis in 2019, where Dr Matt Joslin, in his astounding incompetence, prescribed 𝗹𝗮𝘅𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲𝘀. My survival remains an absolute mystery. How can this medical practitioner, surrounded by cheap, tasteless wall decorations in his dingy office, reconcile his actions with the Hippocratic oath - which explicitly demands physicians provide beneficial treatments according to their abilities and judgment, while strictly avoiding patient harm? Did this so-called "Dr Giggles" genuinely believe laxatives were appropriate when I clearly suffered from critical intestinal complications? Are his professional capabilities and medical judgment so fundamentally flawed? Or is he simply lacking basic human empathy and professional ethics? Regardless of the reason, Matt Joslin absolutely deserves to be stripped of his medical license - a process I've already initiated by submitting comprehensive documentation to the British GMC. I unequivocally believe he should immediately terminate his medical practice. Steer clear of these dangerous medical practitioners at all costs!
