I'm struggling to get a proper consultation with this GP practice. They persistently push for photo-based telehealth appointments instead of an in-person visit, despite my repeated explanations that my skin condition requires a physical examination that cannot be adequately captured through images. Their dismissive attitude towards my specific medical needs is frustrating and is significantly amplifying my existing anxiety. And even then, it's merely a phone conversation - actually securing an in-person appointment is extremely uncommon. Attempting to reach their office by phone is futile, with calls consistently going unanswered or encountering perpetually busy lines. While most of the medical staff are competent (with one notable exception who makes patients feel like an inconvenience), accessing healthcare is practically impossible. The best outcome typically involves remote diagnoses conducted via telephone or digital message exchanges. It's hardly shocking that emergency departments are overwhelmed given such challenging communication barriers.

The rotating cast of dismissive GPs ensures you'll never have a consistent point of contact, forcing you to repeatedly explain your symptoms from scratch. After multiple appointments and an emotional breakdown during a phone call, I finally secured a blood test in December. Predictably, no one bothered to follow up on the results. Attempting to obtain these results has been a Kafkaesque nightmare—phone lines are perpetually blocked, and in-person requests are met with circular instructions to use methods I've already exhausted multiple times. As someone managing a chronic condition, the level of incompetence and indifference is staggering. This practice is fundamentally broken, providing absolutely zero meaningful healthcare support. Patients beware: your health and time mean nothing here.

If I could award zero rating, I absolutely would. I've phoned repeatedly while suffering severe pain, and each time I'm just instructed to "call between 11 - 12pm to reach someone". No representative ever answers, despite me dialing over 25 times across three consecutive days, and securing an appointment seems impossible. They've refused a face-to-face consultation and casually informed me a referral would take a minimum of six months. I strongly recommend avoiding registering with this medical practice, as you'll simply be repeatedly dismissed. I want to clarify this criticism isn't directed at the administrative staff, who are merely following established protocols. My frustration is squarely aimed at the leadership and physicians who appear unwilling to fulfill their professional responsibilities.
