Dr. Beenish Khan is absolutely terrible! She examined my son and claimed he had no chest infection and his throat was perfectly fine. Later that evening, his temperature spiked to 40°C, and his eyes rolled back, forcing me to seek after-hours medical care. The doctor there discovered his tonsils were severely swollen and red, prescribing antibiotics. Even today, during our follow-up, she remained unhelpful and refused to provide any medication. I strongly advise against scheduling an appointment with her.

Contacting this medical practice fills me with dread, as their reception typically induces anxiety. The staff often come across as discourteous and uninterested. However, my recent encounter with Dr Ahmed was completely different - he was wonderfully compassionate, professional, and genuinely attentive. He carefully listened to my concerns and provided helpful advice without making me feel embarrassed or insignificant. I sincerely wish all the practitioners and staff demonstrated his level of professionalism, empathy, and genuine care. On 22.01.24, I endured a frustrating 42-minute wait on the phone, only to be informed no appointments were available. The following day (23.01.24), another 22-minute wait resulted in the same outcome, with the additional suggestion of booking at an alternative surgery - which makes absolutely no sense. My sole objective is to receive my blood test results from 06.01.24, yet I'm seemingly unable to secure an appointment. The administrative staff significantly outnumber the medical professionals, yet the service remains inefficient. If I were to book a non-emergency consultation, the earliest available slot is 06.03.24. Should I laugh or cry at this absurd situation? Formal complaint forthcoming.

My young daughter received her covid booster vaccination today. Sitting on my lap in the waiting room, she was blissfully unaware of what was coming. I was anxious about the potential pain and her inability to comprehend the situation. "You're not going to like me!" She was perfectly content, snuggled comfortably in my embrace after a long day at school. When the needle swiftly entered and exited, she simply hugged me, showing no signs of distress - no tears, no flinching, no discomfort! She was an absolutely perfect patient. 💖💪🏻 The nurse administering the shot was SUPERB and efficient; a doctor was present, and everyone demonstrated exceptional kindness and professionalism. I felt immensely PROUD of my brave little girl, and incredibly relieved. The process was remarkably quick - we were processed swiftly and smoothly - and I was thoroughly impressed by ALL the staff, and especially my wonderful daughter 💙🥰 A massive thank you, particularly to the vaccine administrator who handled everything with such expertise! 🙂

Their incompetence resulted in postponements of both my parents' funerals, spanning 1.5 years apart, with identical errors during the same type of surgery. Scheduling an appointment is completely ridiculous. I avoided seeking medical care for over five years due to the nightmare of attempting to secure a consultation. I've reluctantly transitioned to private healthcare because of their failures, yet I'm still required to obtain a referral letter from my GP to see a specialist for specific procedures. The mere thought of calling to schedule an appointment triggers severe anxiety. I submitted results from my private clinic on July 13th, and they claim non-receipt. Even during off-peak hours, I'm consistently left on hold for more than thirty minutes, which is utterly inexplicable. During my last appointment on June 9th, I waited an entire hour due to their delays. I've already lodged a complaint with the practice manager and fully intend to escalate this matter. If you're providing a critical service to patients, then prioritize their needs. Stop focusing solely on financial gains and accepting more patients when your practice clearly cannot manage its current load. It's fundamentally unacceptable to compromise people's health so carelessly. Patients are entrusting you with their well-being. Simply do your job!

The ABSOLUTE WORST service imaginable. Nurse A Oladokum, who administered the injections, displayed a complete lack of empathy and basic human decency. The treatment I received might be acceptable in her native land, but here we uphold standards of compassion, respect, and professional care. If this is the current state of the NHS, I would rather forgo medical treatment altogether than be subjected to such inhumane and degrading conduct.

Absolutely absurd. For the past three weeks, I've been attempting to contact them during the specified time frame of 13:00-13:30 to schedule an appointment, but my calls consistently disconnect. When I addressed this issue with the receptionist earlier today at 12:50, she claimed the problem was with my mobile network, despite my having used multiple phone numbers. It seems deliberate to me!
