Patient Experience Summary

Feedback reveals a practice with significant operational challenges, particularly regarding appointment access and reception experience. Patients consistently report difficulties securing appointments through both phone and in-person booking, with lengthy waiting times on hold and limited availability extending weeks or months ahead. Communication barriers are evident, including unresponsive phone lines, failed callback promises, and inconsistent information provided during booking attempts. Reception staff conduct has emerged as a recurring concern, with multiple accounts of discourteous interactions, dismissive attitudes, and perceived lack of respect toward patients.

In contrast, several patients commend the medical professionals themselves, highlighting compassionate doctors who demonstrate attentiveness, clear communication, and genuine empathy during consultations. Positive experiences with vaccination services and specific practitioners suggest clinical care quality varies. Some patients note the practice manages high patient demand, though this does not excuse service gaps in accessibility and courtesy.

The disparity between clinical care and administrative experience represents the core issue. While medical staff receive praise for professionalism and patient-centred care, systemic failures in appointment scheduling, phone responsiveness, and reception courtesy significantly undermine overall patient satisfaction and confidence in the service.

Endless wait for terrible surgery care

For over an hour and a half, I'm still waiting for this terrible surgery. This has been happening daily for the past ten days, and I'm extremely frustrated.

Awful care after mum's dizzying vaccine

This medical practice is absolutely dreadful. During my mum's vaccine, she reported feeling dizzy, but the doctors dismissed her concerns, claiming they were too busy with other patients. I believe most of the medical staff should lose their professional licenses, and the receptionists should be terminated for their appalling lack of compassion and professionalism. They even went so far as to threaten patients with removal from their patient list if they didn't comply with vaccination, which is utterly unacceptable! On a personal note, I once endured a two-hour wait for an emergency appointment, only to be told the doctor couldn't see me that day. I strongly advise everyone to steer clear of this practice - your health and your family's well-being are at serious risk. These incompetent individuals should be removed from their positions, as they are clearly unfit to handle the immense responsibility of healthcare.

Rude staff ruined my whole medical visit

Hands down, this is one of the most appalling experiences I've ever encountered. The personnel are extremely discourteous and essentially a group of complete incompetents. Avoid this establishment entirely; you're better off going straight to the emergency room.

Doctor who truly listens and helps

A compassionate and attentive general practitioner who truly goes above and beyond. Their genuine concern for patient well-being shines through in every interaction, making medical consultations feel personal and supportive. Always takes the time to listen carefully, explains things clearly, and demonstrates real empathy. The doctor's approach makes patients feel heard and valued, transforming what could be a stressful experience into a reassuring one.

Terrible clinic with zero hope

I'd rate this zero stars if the system allowed it. This is absolutely the most abysmal healthcare experience imaginable. I've never encountered such incompetent management or a more dysfunctional medical practice in all my years.

Quick covid shot at local clinic

Fantastic experience! Out of the blue, I received a call from Leslie at the reception, who inquired if I'd be interested in getting my second COVID vaccination the following day. I gladly accepted, as this meant avoiding a three-week wait and a more extensive journey to the original vaccination site.

Impossible to book a pediatric slot

Absolutely terrible service! Trying to schedule a visit for my toddler has been a nightmare. I've been calling repeatedly over the past three days, and all I get is that they're completely full. Completely unacceptable and frustrating.
