The administrative staff, both at the reception and via telephone, have been incredibly supportive and courteous. Medical professionals, including nurses and physicians, consistently demonstrate a warm and competent approach. Scheduling appointments has been seamless, and their digital consultation platform provides a convenient and valuable service.

Contacting the front desk is hassle-free whenever I want to schedule my Mother's appointment. The parking area is conveniently spacious, and there's an elevator that provides simple access to the medical facility.

The medical professionals provided excellent care, but the front desk personnel are absolutely dreadful. They seem to deliberately create delays and obstacles for patients they personally dislike, making the check-in and waiting process unnecessarily stressful and unpleasant.

Despite advertising an 8 am opening time, if you attempt to call earlier than 8:20 am, they completely ignore the phone. When you ring, they simply pick up and immediately hang up on you.

Absolutely dreadful facility. Steer clear. The reasons are clear. Scheduling a consultation is nearly impossible. Parking is a nightmare, constantly circling to find a spot in their cramped, limited parking area. You're required to pay £1.50 to park, then face the challenge of either squeezing into a frequently malfunctioning or overcrowded tiny lift, or climbing multiple staircases - first to the ground floor, then two more flights to reach the medical practice! The reception staff are prone to booking errors - I strongly recommend calling to verify your appointment time based on my personal experience. Overall, it's an incredibly frustrating and inconvenient process. 🤦🏻‍♀️

The medical staff, especially the doctors, demonstrate exceptional responsiveness when serious medical attention is required, promptly referring patients to Countess Hospital with comprehensive haematology reports. I've noticed a notable change in their approach to prescribing antibiotics for children. Recently, when my child developed high fever accompanied by red rashes, the general practitioner swiftly prescribed antibiotics to address both the skin condition and underlying infection. This quick intervention was crucial, given how frequently children contract illnesses from their school peers.

This level of service is truly refreshing, especially when compared to the complaints I hear from friends, colleagues, and family members about their own medical practices' reception teams. I may have even strained some friendships because I take such great pleasure in enthusiastically recommending The Elms and urging them to switch to this practice. It's not just the reception staff - the doctors are equally impressive. Whichever physician I see always takes the time to listen respectfully and clearly explains the proposed course of action. If you're searching for a medical professional, steer clear of this clinic. It's an ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE healthcare practice. They're prescribing medication to me without ever having conducted an in-person examination. Everything was handled remotely via telephone. I've never even met the physician, yet they're perfectly willing to distribute prescription drugs without any proper medical consultation.

Her demeanor suggests that patients are more of an annoyance than individuals requiring care.

I have encountered the most unprofessional, hostile, and untrustworthy personnel in my entire experience. Initially, I had access to my online medical records, but following a complaint, precisely 30 minutes after lodging it, my access was abruptly revoked. The practice manager insisted this was not intentional. For six months, I struggled to regain access to my online medical records, with the practice manager consistently delaying responses, often taking weeks to reply. Ultimately, I was unable to retrieve my records. I am deeply concerned for any patient with serious health issues who is associated with this practice. If you are experiencing persistent difficulties with this GP practice, I strongly recommend contacting your Member of Parliament, NHS England, seeking a transfer to another practice, or consulting a legal professional.
