Amazing initial service with mixed results

Very impressive initial service. Called at 8am with concerns about a friend. The welcoming receptionist took details smoothly. By 8:20am, Dr 'H' returned the call, displaying genuine care and attentiveness. After hearing the details, he promptly offered to contact my friend and arrange a visit if necessary. I was grateful. Unfortunately, my friend's subsequent experience was markedly different. Having confirmed with the doctor that he could come to the practice, he made considerable effort to arrive, ultimately reaching the clinic one minute past the appointed time. Upon joining the sign-in queue, he encountered a dismissive receptionist who curtly informed him he was now TOO LATE and would not be seen. Standing his ground, he explained the slow-moving queue and his minimal delay. After a phone consultation, the initially rude receptionist reluctantly permitted him to wait. Ultimately, he was seen by a compassionate female GP, and his required tests were completed.

Terrible medical centre with incompetent and unhelpful staff

This medical centre is absolutely the worst I've ever encountered. While the medical staff are somewhat acceptable, they tend to dismiss patients instead of providing proper treatment (likely due to financial constraints). The administrative team, however, are downright discourteous and inefficient. They claim you're in the triage queue, but then insist you were never listed when you aren't contacted (a recurring issue, not just an isolated incident). When you request information to be forwarded to physicians, either it's completely ignored or the details communicated are inaccurate. You're instructed to visit the clinic for document collection, but they conveniently fail to mention the clinic will be closed that afternoon. Upon arriving at reception, you're completely disregarded as staff continue their personal conversations, ignoring professional responsibilities. I've just departed after experiencing a series of mistakes, misinformation, and substandard service. If you're considering using this practice, steer clear. It's absolutely dreadful!

Only after persistently engaging with the alternative receptionist did we discover the doctor had not yet made contact and needed to reschedule. The subsequent call ultimately revealed a serious medical condition. This might have been an isolated incident, but a quick glance at other reviews reveals comparable experiences.

The reception staff here are absolutely abysmal. For two consecutive days, I've been attempting to schedule an appointment starting at 8 AM, and each time someone picks up the phone, they promise to call me back within 10 minutes to confirm the booking, but never do. When I follow up and explain my repeated attempts, they bizarrely claim I haven't tried to book anything and instruct me to call back at 1:30 PM, then immediately hang up. Upon calling at 1:30, they declare no appointments are available and suggest I should have called earlier - all while cutting me off mid-sentence. This ridiculous cycle has continued for 48 hours, with zero accountability from anyone. If my health weren't genuinely concerning, I wouldn't even be pursuing this appointment. It's infuriating that certain employees here are so unprofessional and completely indifferent to patient needs. Their lack of basic customer service is shocking and unacceptable.

Terrible doctor who disrespected my language and dignity

Today I had an appointment with Dr. Jackson, and she was incredibly unprofessional. She's an incompetent healthcare worker who lacks basic communication skills and respect for patients. I advised my healthcare provider to never refer me to her again, but they disregarded my concerns. Furthermore, I intend to file a formal complaint because she mocked my limited English proficiency, which is completely unacceptable and discriminatory. The receptionist, named Lofna, also contributed to my distress by laughing at my situation and making me feel responsible for the uncomfortable encounter. I will be contacting the appropriate authorities to report this unethical treatment as soon as I complete this review. Thank you for allowing me to share my experience.
