Worst customer service ever total waste of time

I've been stuck on hold for an entire hour, and despite starting at position 20, I've only inched forward to position 17. It's completely baffling how these employees can justify their salaries when no one seems capable of answering a call. At this rate, even if someone were in a life-threatening situation, they'd likely still be waiting endlessly. This level of customer service is utterly unacceptable and demonstrates a total disregard for customer needs.

Just had my inaugural appointment at this medical practice since relocating. I submitted an online consultation at 09:49, and remarkably, the physician rang me back by 10:01, swiftly developing a treatment strategy. By 17:30 that day, I had collected my modified prescription. Having professional experience within the NHS, I'm acutely aware of the immense pressures facing our general practitioners and healthcare professionals. Their efficiency and responsiveness truly stood out. The Elms delivered absolutely exceptional care!

Terrible service and doctors with poor attitude

The reception team was welcoming and supportive, but certain physicians exhibit a dismissive and belittling demeanor. They seem uncomfortable with questions or patient feedback, and if you express dissatisfaction, you're effectively silenced. However, I won't be deterred - if the service falls short, constructive criticism is warranted. I've never encountered such breathtaking arrogance or unyielding attitude. Even being misdirected to an incorrect hospital while experiencing intense pain didn't seem to faze them. I don't believe this medical practice embodies the professional standards and compassionate approach I expect from healthcare providers. Consequently, I'll be taking my business elsewhere. They appear more concerned with financial considerations than patient care, and could certainly benefit from developing a more empathetic and responsive approach to patient interactions!

Dangerous healthcare service that fails its patients

The healthcare quality has deteriorated to a point of being hazardous for patients. During a serious illness, the general practitioner expressed frustration about having to travel a brief distance to my residence. Months later, when I encountered him near the clinic, he reiterated his complaint. Beyond enduring pain caused by long-standing resource restrictions, I anticipate rapid medical dismissal rather than comprehensive care. The current state precisely mirrors the concerns Aneurin Bevan prophetically outlined in his resignation address back in 1951.

Terrible service and unnecessary administrative hassle

Completely unacceptable. Previously registered at The Elms, I relocated to the Wirral and switched healthcare providers. Upon attempting to schedule an appointment with my new GP, I was informed that I was no longer considered a patient. After contacting The Elms, they claimed to have re-registered me without providing any clear explanation of when or how this occurred. As a result, I am now required to personally visit my Wirral GP's office to re-register. Consequently, I have filed a formal complaint against The Elms for their unprofessional and confusing handling of my medical registration.

Efficient service with minimal waiting time

The sole drawback of this service is the lengthy waiting period. However, once you're past that, the front desk staff are courteous, understanding, and incredibly supportive. You're added to a triage queue, after which a physician contacts you, and if they determine you require an in-person consultation, you're promptly scheduled. I've consistently been able to see a general practitioner on the same day.

Frustrating healthcare experience with endless waiting times

I've just wasted half an hour trying to reach a representative. When I finally got through, I was informed that the next available smear test is in January, and they suggested I contact the Access clinic where I already have an appointment on December 5th. I'm completely baffled by the current state of this medical center, which I've been a patient at since childhood. This is undoubtedly the most disorganized I've ever seen them. They desperately need to return to their pre-pandemic operational methods.

Extremely substandard and insufficient medical attention. The top-tier female physicians have all departed from this clinic. Frustrating healthcare experience with terrible communication

Scheduling an appointment here is an absolute nightmare. Getting in touch with a physician seems impossible, and the reception team's communication skills are abysmal. Their triage process is completely dysfunctional. You'll spend endless hours on hold, only to be dismissed and told to call back, then repeat the same frustrating cycle the next day, being informed there are no available slots. This level of service is unacceptable. The quality of general practitioners varies wildly. When I initially presented with right-sided upper abdominal pain related to gallstones, one GP bizarrely suggested scanning my ovaries - utterly nonsensical. It's incredibly disheartening. This practice has seriously declined from its previous standards of excellence.
