Terrible medical practice with horrible staff treatment

The quality of this medical practice has significantly dropped in recent times. The employees are rude and unhelpful. During a previous encounter, a staff member deliberately misled me to conceal a trivial mistake. More recently, while battling a serious illness, I was verbally mistreated when expressing concern about potentially fainting during my recovery. I recommend seeking alternative healthcare providers, though I fear most practices have similarly declined. I am deeply anxious about my future medical treatment and anticipate potential harm due to the staff's incompetence and lack of compassion. UPDATE: I continue to suffer intense pain after being denied treatment, though the previously abusive staff member has departed. A senior staff member privately acknowledged that this individual had been problematic with other patients. The current employee is equally disagreeable, taking pleasure in spouting nonsensical dialogue while refusing assistance. His excessive use of technical jargon is incredibly frustrating. He would be more honest if he simply had "Go Away" tattooed on his forehead.
