I've been attempting to schedule appointments for weeks regarding a critical health issue, but I'm continuously informed that no slots are available. It's abundantly clear that this practice shows zero concern for their patients' well-being. I'm seriously considering finding a new healthcare provider who actually values their patients.

Using the NHS app, I secured a prompt, in-person consultation with Dr A. Ahmed the very next day, addressing a recent communication from my neurologist. Her compassionate approach and genuine concern truly stood out. I am committed to pursuing her thoughtful, comprehensive recommendations for addressing and managing my medical situation. It's worth recognizing the positive developments happening at the Elms Medical Centre. The current staff demonstrates a commendable level of professional collaboration. Attempting to schedule a consultation at this medical practice has been incredibly exasperating. Today, I was left holding on the telephone for more than half an hour, and when a staff member eventually picked up, they simply instructed me to try calling again the following day — without making any effort to secure an actual appointment. This isn't an isolated incident. On a previous occasion, I was advised to send an email, despite email booking not being a viable option. They consistently deflect patients by telling them to "call back tomorrow" with absolutely no genuine assistance or empathy. The entire experience suggests a complete lack of concern for patient needs. Truly disheartening.

Dr Noone expertly managed my father's complex medical conditions, and now Dr Sarfraz and her team are equally adept at handling the similar health challenges I've unfortunately inherited. In 2023, I was critically ill with atrial fibrillation and heart failure, and the prescribed medication meant to regulate my heart rhythm seemed to worsen my symptoms. Over the past 18 months, Dr Sarfraz and the Elms team have been incredibly patient and professional, guiding me through what has been a complex and challenging medical journey.
