Efficient gp service with quick and caring response

I've been a patient at the Elms since its inception by Dr O'Hare and Dr Alison Molyneaux. My primary medical care takes place at NMGH, and for years, Sister Karen Aldritt has conducted my annual diabetic check-ups with exceptional compassion and expertise. Today, I utilized the "Ask My GP" service for the first time, submitting photos of a concerning foot issue. By 9:45 am, Dr Anwar had contacted me, explaining he would immediately refer me for a doppler test to evaluate my circulation. While hospital appointment scheduling is beyond his control, I believe the "Ask My GP" system and its swift response is incredibly valuable for patients. I'm truly grateful for this efficient service.

Consistent quality care at my trusted local surgery

I've been a patient at this medical practice for nearly a decade. Throughout my time here, I've encountered zero issues. Despite their hectic schedule, the staff are genuinely warm and welcoming. I always make sure to treat them with respect, and they consistently respond with equal kindness. They truly value when patients show appreciation for their hard work. While the doctors seem to rotate frequently, and I rarely see the same physician twice, I believe this is simply typical of modern general practice. Despite the changing faces, the quality of care I've received has never fallen short of my expectations.

Worst medical experience ever avoid at all costs

Another disappointing encounter at this practice. Be warned: if you value compassionate, respectful treatment and expect confidentiality during medical consultations, Elms surgery falls short. The lack of professionalism is alarming, with personal health details seemingly shared indiscriminately. If the rating system allowed it, I would have given zero stars to reflect my frustration and dissatisfaction.

Corrupt medication has been causing issues. For two years, my tablets have driven me to suicidal thoughts; they're still not perfected, and I'm not alone in this experience. Angie Bradley can attest to this as well.

Scheduling appointments with this business has been incredibly frustrating. Every time I try to book a slot, I encounter unnecessary complications. The booking process seems needlessly complex, and getting a convenient time slot feels like an uphill battle. Communication is poor, and their system appears disorganized. I'd rate this zero if possible. The issue isn't primarily about the medical care, but the constant struggle to secure an appointment or make contact by phone. I'm convinced some of the administrative and reception staff deliberately ignore incoming calls. The whole situation is utterly infuriating.

Terrible service causing patient anxiety and distress

ZERO STARS, ABSOLUTELY NOT! Total incompetents! Endless issues since day one! They overlooked a critical medication on my prescription, forcing me to go without until I can visit another pharmacy! AND DEFINITELY NOT THE WELLS LOCATION since they completely abandoned me after dragging out my prescription for over five days! There needs to be some regulatory body overseeing these absolute morons who have seriously escalated my anxiety! ELMS DOCTORS and WELLS CHEMIST in Whitefield.. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
