PoorIt used to be good at the moment is really bad.
Their main concern is tick boxes so they can show they are doing their job. At 61 i had to request to have a PSA test where most countries in Europe ask you to have one done yearly after you reach 50. I know NICE guidelines state that do not recommend it because the prostate- specific antigen is not sensitive or specific enough. Don't agree with the guidelines and strongly feel that GP's should work start offering tests to over 50 man in the end is just a blood test with minimal costs. Good QI for any GP surgery as i was shocked with the amount of man recently diagosed that had to have surgery when if tested earlier that possibly could have been avoided.

Update: I have since gone back to this practice. Although the issue persists, I was informed once more that the matter had been resolved. No care plan or course of action was suggested. I remain without clear direction on what to do next.

Reception staff were dismissive and unhelpful
I attended an appointment in the morning for urgent medical consultation, which was my first visit to this practice. The receptionist on the ground floor was quite unwelcoming and unhelpful. I found the reception experience to be disappointing, and whilst I recognise it was a Saturday morning, I would have expected a more courteous and professional approach from someone in that role. The clinical consultation also fell short of my expectations. I would suggest exploring alternative practices in the area, as there appear to be other options available nearby.
