Struggling to book face to face appointments

I found it difficult to arrange an in-person appointment ahead of time, as only telephone consultations were available. The practice operates a same-day booking system requiring arrival at 8am with no guarantee of being seen. This approach has negatively affected the consistency of my care. During appointments, considerable time is taken up explaining my background, leaving limited opportunity for thorough assessment. It seems unclear why the practice continues to accept new patients when current patients struggle to access adequate services.
