Had to push hard for basic test results

I experienced difficulty obtaining an appointment to address my significant hair loss concerns. I requested a blood test to investigate potential underlying causes and subsequently needed to follow up by phone to obtain my results. When informed that my results were within normal range, I felt uncertain as the symptoms persisted. Upon learning the specific measurement, I questioned whether this level might still be contributing to my ongoing symptoms and requested a follow-up consultation to explore this further. However, despite scheduling this appointment approximately a year later, I have not received a clear explanation for my continued hair loss, and my treatment has only involved a modification to my medication. I continue to experience substantial hair loss whilst taking multiple medications, and I feel uncertain about where to seek further support. This ongoing situation has been emotionally difficult, and I find myself hoping for resolution after years of dealing with this issue.
