Horrendous service quality and abysmal staff demeanor from the utterly inept front desk personnel. Getting through their labyrinthine phone system is a nightmare of epic proportions. Steer clear of this place at all costs, even if you're desperately seeking help.

Quick and smooth healthcare experience

I rang the medical practice first thing Monday morning seeking an appointment and secured a slot for 11am the following day. My blood test was processed so swiftly that I barely had time to sit down. The physician was incredibly efficient, arranging a flu vaccination, blood tests, and double-length prescription refills to minimize my future administrative tasks. I was extremely pleased with this healthcare facility. The sole minor drawback is the check-in system's placement - the touch screen is positioned right beside the reception desk, which means patients must still queue and inadvertently block the entrance. Relocating the touch screen would resolve this small issue, but otherwise, the service was outstanding.
