Terrible Service at Clinic, No Registration Forms

Extremely unprepared and discourteous personnel. I consistently visited their facility weekly for eight weeks, attempting to obtain a registration document, but was consistently denied with claims that forms were out of stock. The receptionist rudely dismissed me, stating they had no capacity for additional patients and instructed me to seek alternative medical services upstairs.

Rude Receptionist Ruins Everything

I rarely take the time to write reviews, but... I had the misfortune of dealing with Ambreen, who is hands down the most incompetent receptionist I've ever encountered. She seems completely inexperienced in customer service, displaying a demeanor that was dismissive, unhelpful, and frustratingly impatient. I seriously question whether she deserves compensation for her abysmal performance. My simple takeaway is the classic saying: "You get what you pay for" - and in this case, that's painfully obvious. The physical building might look decent, but that's the only positive thing I can say. Essentially, it's a prime example of wasted professional real estate.

The reception team is incredibly discourteous, constantly interrupting and dismissing patients' concerns. They instruct you to call back in the morning, but then fail to even pick up the phone. Their service is absolutely abysmal - it took 37 minutes just to get through. When they finally answer, their attitude is hostile, and they only offer a telephone consultation. These medical professionals should be deeply embarrassed; instead of supporting patients, they seem intent on avoiding any meaningful interaction. The entire experience is completely ridiculous and unacceptable.

If you aren't fluent in Urdu or Pakistani, securing an appointment seems impossible. Caring Doctors, but Terrible Phone Staff

The staff here are utterly useless and ineffective. In contrast, the doctors maintain a compassionate and highly competent approach. I recall a time when this medical practice delivered outstanding patient service, but now it seems to have deteriorated significantly. The reception staff are incredibly discourteous when handling telephone interactions. If I were managing this surgery, I would retain Sabah in her management role and dismiss all the recent hires, replacing them with personnel who genuinely respect patients. Moreover, I've observed that Dr. Ghafoor no longer engages with patient concerns as proactively as he previously did.

Scheduling a consultation with your preferred physician is nearly impossible. The front desk staff become defensive when they can't provide satisfactory answers. Securing a timely appointment is so challenging that it becomes a source of significant anxiety.

Frustrating Surgery Wait and Prescription Nightmare

Absolute worst medical practice I've encountered. Scheduling an appointment is practically impossible, and prescription requests are a complete nightmare. When you call to order medication, they consistently fail to process it, leaving you frantically tracking down your prescription for over a week. No matter what time you ring in the morning, they claim all appointments are fully booked, but might grudgingly offer you a slot two or three months away if you're fortunate. My heart goes out to patients with urgent medical needs, particularly those struggling with respiratory conditions like COPD or asthma, who are left in a desperate situation by this incredibly inefficient and uncaring healthcare service.
